Thanksgiving in Spokane

Stevens Pass was beautiful. Clear Dry roads, lots of snowy trees. The sunset on Wednesday night was wonderful, even photos from the car on the fly were stunning.
Our Veggie and Chili-head Rachel was just so much fun to watch! She tried anything and everything. She even invented "Crocodile Salad"


Natalie was a big help in the kitchen, and had everything under control in the relish tray department.
Hailey was there to make sure there was an extra helping of CUTE in every dish!
Big sister was always the center of attention, the little ones watch her every move with great interest! That's alot of responsibility!
The Olives tasted especially cute this year! Auntie Cara ate lots and lots!

We sure had a wonderful time, this is always one of my most favorite days. I sure can't wait until next year comes around. I'm glad I'm older now and time goes so fast!

Just kidding? I'ts Raht's Mom's house. Really!!!

Well, Its been awhile. Life has been slightly crazy (as usual). My mom came to be with me for about a week. I took her to Colville for a conference there. While she was here my friend had a beautiful baby girl (Sarah Ellen) so I had her kids for some of the time. Tuesday I took my mom to the airport at 4 am and then painted at the church for the rest of the day. Wednesday I spent shopping for border for the women's bathroom (only because we messed up some of the paint), but we didn't find any that looked right with the existing decor. Cyndi did some spounge painting to hide our mistakes for now so it looks good for the time being. Today, I'm putting my house in order. I'll write more on "The Crazy life of Jackie" at some other time. Have a wonderful day. Love you all.

Busy Life

Hello family
What a busy life we live. No one has had time to write for awhile. It is November already. Where does the time go?? The first quarter of school is done. I have eight kids on Principal's Honor Roll. That means all As and Bs. Some missed it because of Writing and some because of reading. It is early in the year and I am sure many will have Pastor's Honor Roll next time. That is all As. I am proud of how they are doing academicly but behavior is another thing. I must admit that they are doing better and way better than last year but there is much room for improvement.
Got to run go with Dad.
