Dear Family,
I had such a wonderful time in Canada. I know it was only one night, but we laughed ourselves silly. God has truly blessed me with some wonderful friends. I honestly haven't laughed that hard for that long in a very long time. I'm exhausted, but would do it all over again. Monty did well with the girls and it was great to hear "MOMMY's HOME!!!!" when I came through the door. I do have some cleaning to do, but I guess when you take a break that is bound to happen. I love you all and I'll talk to you soon.

Hello family,
It has been awhile since I said much on here. I check up on everyone else everyday though. We are doing well. Natalie is enjoying her summer but is very excited about being in Grandma's class next year. Thankfully there have been no big injuries. Hailey's wrist did come out of place, but slipped back in on it's own. Right now Hailey thinks she is escaping bed time by snuggling with Daddy. Rachel is doing good as well. She is her own little self with lots of mood swings. The teenage years should be fun around my house. Anyway, we love you all. Have a great day.

So Glad Cheri's Well!

So glad that her surgery is over and went well, and that she is in less pain than expected!

So glad that John's interview went well and there will be an answer soon!

So hopeful that they will all be on the way back to Washington!

Graduation went very well. I got six and a half dozen roses. They are so beautiful!!!! They are sitting in five vases on Cheri's piano. I took s lot of pictures but I sent them to each of you. I guess I could have just posted one picture.:)
We can hardly wait to see John. The house is nearly ready. I made cookies and got him some goodies to eat. I will spoil him all I can.

A kind and wonderful man

I met Dick McPherson last year, and Immediately was impressed by what a kind, gentle and caring man he was.

He and Nora immediately were friends of mine. I have enjoyed spending time with them.

I am sad to know he is gone, but we had a conversation recently where we both marveled at how fortunate he has been to live so long with the one he loves, to enjoy relatively good health and to be independent and able to pretty much do as he pleased. Few people enjoy all of these blessings into their 90's.

I am also glad to know that when he passed, he did so with many many relatives around him not only for his sake but for his wife. She has all of her strength and support right there today.
Again, I feel he looked out for her and provided for her. Like he always has.

I will miss you Dick. You are truly a kind and wonderful man.
